When the father of a teenage girl with an unusual name India (MIA Wasikowska) dies, it becomes very sad not only from the loss of a loved one, but also because now she has to stay under one roof with an inadequate mother. Evelyn Stoker-widowed Lady performed by the glamorous Nicole Kidman is easily can, for example, tell daughter that wants to see her die.
