Mike Howell stays in the calm city of Liman in West Virginia. Mike works as store clerk and has a girlfriend named Phoebe Larson. Mike has decided to propose her soon. In the next scene we see Victoria Lasseter, a CIA agent posted in Langley Virginia. She is looking for the survivors of the mission Ultra program which went unsuccessful.
She learns that Mike is the only survivor and she traces his location. Her rival Adrian Yates has also started a named tough Guy which has become successful. Now Adrian is on the way to eliminate all the people involved her project. Victoria thinks that it is her duty to protect Mike from Adrian and riches the Liman town. She uses a some code words and tries to activate Mike. But Mike is under the drug influence and can’t understand anything which Victoria tries to tell him. She gets very upset and leaves Mike in frustration.
