Frank Lucas was a driver from Harlem mafioso, and when he died, decided to open their own business. He established the old ties and approached criminal business like a real entrepreneur. Starting import in large quantities in the United States, heroin, Frank amounted to competition to other traffickers, not diluting the high-quality drug and offering it at a lower price.

Of course, when doing business in this way must be delivered in the United States, heroin without intermediaries, and Frank has found a way to organize this: drew to tranSport drug War, at that moment, guiding combat operations in Vietnam.
